TERMS & CONDITIONS
I understand and agree that I have read and fully understand all the terms of the Theodore Early Childhood Centre Association "Outback Mini Mudder" Waiver/Indemnity form. I confirm that I am aware that I will be required to sign a copy of this Waiver before taking part in the "Outback Mini Mudder". I acknowledge that the nature of my participation in the Outback Mini Mudder's activities and use of the Outback Mini Mudder's facilities is potentially hazardous and that if I am unwilling to accept the risks associated with my participation, I should not enter or take part in this event.
Withdrawal Policy
I agree to accept the terms of Outback Mini Mudder's withdrawal policy which are that event entries are not transferable to any other person and refunds will not be issued for any reason whatsoever other than at the discretion of the Outback Mini Mudder Committee.
Communication
Outback Mini Mudder uses email to communicate with it's competitors. By entering this event, I agree to receive emails regarding this specific event. Outback Mini Mudder cannot be responsible if event information does not reach the intended recipient by email. Outback Mini Mudder can only be responsible for ensuring that emails are sent to the email address provided: it is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that emails from teccafundraising@hotmail.com are not marked as Spam.
Run Format Alterations or Cancellations
Outback Mini Mudder reserves the right to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any safety related reason. Shoud the event be cancelled with no rescheduled/postponed date offered by Outback Mini Mudder, then I agree that Outback Mini Mudder will provide me a full refund less any charges associated with the processing of such refunds and registrations with no further liablility whatsover arising from such cancellation. If the event is rescheduled for an alternative future date and I am unable to attend the rescheduled event date, I understand that I will not be entitled to claim a refund and that there will be no further liability whatsoever arising from such change of date. I understand that Outback Mini Mudder may offer to defer my entry to an alternative future event if I am unable to attend the rescheduled event. However, I agree that this will be solely at the discretion of the Outback Mini Mudder and will be subject to an administration fee. Outback Mini Mudder have the right to change the course obstacles and length with no prior warning.
Final Decision
All decisions by Outback Mini Mudder, its employees and its agents are considered final. Accordingly I agree to comply with all event rules and all instructions and guidelines given by Outback Mini Mudder crew, stewards, marshals and safety personnel.
